Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) Retailer Research

thebigteam were engaged in 2017 to support the Global Sales Team and the Global Customer Service team in baselining their retailer business processes in order to capture key issues relating to JLR’s systems and processes. The engagement involved retailer analysis at ten retailers located in the UK, Germany and the US. The work was completed over three months and played back to the Global Sales and Service Board Member along with his direct line. Outcome: The work triggered a Retailer Efficiency Improvement Programme involving over 20 work streams and three markets.IMG_0691
